Please join NEPCA once again for our annual winter meeting in coastal Portsmouth, NH! We will start the day with an update from our board of directors to learn about NEPCA’s progress and plans for 2026.
NEPCA is working to finalize an exciting program and will announce a list of speakers shortly.
Parking: Guest staying at either hotel are guaranteed parking; day of attendees are welcome to park at the Hanover Garage (2 Hanover St, Portsmouth, NH 03801).
Breakfast, Lunch, and Raffles will be offered.

Due to venue capacity, NEPCA is restricted on the number of tickets we can offer. Please get your tickets early.

NEPCA has reserved a 2 blocks of rooms including the Hampton Inn (23 Portwalk Place, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, 03801) and the Residence Inn (1 International Drive, Portsmouth, NH, 03801) for the night of Thursday, January 22, 2026 at a reduced rate of $139.00 and $149.00 respectively. Reservations must be made by December 23, 2025.
