	President Gregory Stratis - New England Concrete Products gstratis@nepca.com Gregory Stratis is President of Northeast Precast Concrete Association (nepca). Stratis has more than 15 years experience in the precast concrete industry. He has gone through technical training for the precast concrete industry and has worked his way up from bending wire on the production floor to sales & engineering and is now the Plant Manager for EF Shea New England Concrete Products in Amesbury, MA. He is also serving on the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Stormwater Committee. Stratis holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Lowell MA.

	Secretary Scott Lander - Hamilton Kent Scott Lander is the National Accounts Manager - Concrete Products for Hamilton Kent. Hamilton Kent is a leading manufacturer of sealing products for sanitary sewer, storm water and onsite underground collection systems world wide. Prior to Hamilton Kent, Scott held senior sales management positions for suppliers to the precast and reinforced concrete pipe industry for over 20 years. Scott holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors for the following: • Northeast Precast Concrete Association (NEPCA) • Tri-State Concrete Pipe Association (PA, NY, NJ) • Central Atlantic Precast Concrete Association (CAPCA) • Chairman, Marketing Task Group; National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA), Storm Water Management Products Committee • Member-Media Task Group, American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA)

	Treasurer Robert Katon - J & R Precast

	Executive Director Dave Dimmick ddimmick@nepca.com Mr. Dimmick currently serves as director of several other concrete-related industry associations. He has more than 20 years of association management experience including the past 10 years as Executive Director of the New England Concrete Masonry Association. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a B.S. in Business Administration. Mr. Dimmick will be based in the association’s Manchaug, Massachusetts headquarters.

	Director Brian Steitz - Syracuse Castings Brian has been employed with Syracuse Castings as New England Sales Representative since April 2006. Before that he was in the transportation business for 11 years. Graduated from Niagara University with a BA in Marketing in 1994.
